Letter From Robi: Look-back at Year 2021 and Reflecting on the Plans for 2022

Dear Biswap family,

Another year has come and gone. As we’re getting closer to the new year, it’s a perfect time to reflect on our progress so far and our plans for the upcoming year. But before we start, I would like to take a moment here to extend a note of gratitude for your unswerving love for Biswap in the year 2021.

We are where we are because of you, and with you.

Thank you for being with us in 2021. Biswap would not have been able to achieve such magnificent results without your support. Hence, it’s an honor for me to be writing this letter to you on behalf of the whole team. I would like to take this opportunity to take a look at our progress and the road ahead in the upcoming year 2022. So, let’s have a quick look-back at the various events that marked our calendar in the year 2021.

Reflecting on 2021

Our growth over the year 2021 has been a cumulative outcome of the efforts of every individual associated with us. We have been able to navigate through the ups and downs of our project journey with your support.

As our project has grown, so has our belief in Biswap’s role and vision for impact in the world. Our strong values have guided us through this past year. Ultimately, everything we do is grounded in a greater purpose: to bring freedom of exchange to all people across the globe.

And that’s just the beginning of our crypto journey!

We are proud to have a flawless customer support mechanism that caters to the needs of our massive community of users. In 2021, we had the opportunity to resolve many user concerns effectively alongside introducing new advancements in customer support.

We were able to use proactive approaches for understanding customer’s complaints to identify the problems efficiently before taking the appropriate remedial action. As a result, we noticed a formidable growth in the client retention ratio. Most important of all, we continued increasing our customer support headcount for resolving customer complaints in the least amount of time possible.

Looking Ahead as 2022 Is About to Begin

With so many achievements in a single year, we definitely have a lot of expectations moving toward the next year. The year 2021 helped us expand our wings by riding on the winds favoring freedom of exchange. Now, we want to take a leap ahead and bring noticeable advancements in our services.

Becoming a multi-blockchain DEX
Enhancing Squid NFT World

We have been able to develop in terms of infrastructure, customer reach, product portfolio, and employee onboarding in the course of 2021. Now, we are looking forward to achieving more milestones in our journey in the year 2022 and continue our journey toward success.

Every team member, partner, and user involved with Biswap deserves a special note of thanks for their role in supporting us through such a long journey. Building on the strengths of our technical capabilities and your support, we want to step in the year 2022 with many new aspirations.

I am truly optimistic and deeply excited about the future of Biswap. I am convinced that, together, we can reinvent how decentralized exchange platforms run. Biswap has always been and will remain unwaveringly focused on our users and will always act in their best interests.

Our team is firmly confident that Biswap can be the world’s leading decentralized exchange platform and set a course for a new era of innovation and technological leadership in this landscape of tremendous change. We may look different from our past in many respects, but we will always remain dedicated to excellence in technological innovation and execution.

We will be a source of continuous innovation through world-leading products and leading process technology. We will continue to pursue radical areas to innovate as successful projects require innovation to keep up with evolving demand.

We must demonstrate that customers can rely on Biswap for their products and their strategies for the future. We will continue to ramp our portfolio with new, innovative and demanding products & services, while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution. Biswap has always been and will remain your trusted partner that cares deeply.
